The Final TPM in Bulgaria took place from the 23rd of November until the 24th of November in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
Our team came together to discuss current challenges and upcoming events for the project as well as the final elements of this project. We had a productive meeting and were able to strategize and plan for the last months of the project.
We spent the first day in Blagoevgrad Mall where we held the meeting, while on the second day our Bulgarian partners took us on an excursion to the Rila Monasteri.
In the formal part of the meeting, but also during the informal socializing, we discussed all past events, and international trainings of the project and agreed on further steps to finalise everything and conclude successfully this project.
We were then treated to local food and drinks, and since the weather was cold and clammy, we went on a hiking excursion to a cave, one of the most beautiful parts of the region.
Our last TPM meeting in Bulgaria was held with an emotional touch and with positive energy for what is left to be done in this unique and impactful project which ends in January.
